General introduction of ultrasonic welding machine

1. Ultrasonic System and Working Principle:
When voltage supply (220V/50Hz/1P) is connected to ultrasonic generator, the ultrasonic generator begins to work. After the output frequency is raised up to 20KHz, the transducer turns electric energy into mechanical vibration wave. The amplitude of mechanical vibration wave is adjusted by horn and then 20KHz vibration wave is outputted through horn.

When there is fabric gone between pattern mold and horn with vibration wave, the bulge of pattern mold will undertake 20KHz vibration wave. It will weld the fabric and emboss pattern of mold on fabric. 

2. Suitable Raw Material:
Composite material, thermoplastic film and plastic slice, such as polyester fabric, polyester and cotton blend, nylon fabric, leather, non-woven fabric, gush glue cotton, PE paper, PE+aluminium, PE+fabric and so on.

3. Applied Usage:
Welding elastic belt of mask, belt of surgical gown, handle of non-woven bag, Velcro belt, coloured flag, belt of metal, disposable operating coat, non-spin respirator and so on.
