Product Description

We are a professional manufacturer for fiber line which uses PET flakes or virgin chips to produce the polyester staple fiber(PSF), our line is a flexible line which can produce solid fiber(including dope dyed fiber) and hollow conjugated fiber(HCF)with siliconized or non-siliconized both from 1.5D to 20D. The capacity can be 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 60, 70 and 80 tons/day.

* Technical process
1. Spinning process

    vacuum dry→hopper→melting→filtering→spinning beam→meter pump→spinning→cooling→shaped→oil→winding
 

2. Post-spinning process

2.1 Cotton type post-spinning process:
      Creel→6 rollers guide frame→First drafter→Bath drafter→Second drafter→Steam drafter→Third 7 rollers drafter→Tow stacker→Crimp steam tank→Crimper→Tow conveying spreader→Relaxing heat setting machine→Tension machine→Cutter→Conveying device→Baler

2.2 three-dimensional hollow post-spinning process:
