Our mechanical linear-horns ultrasonic quilting machine is new generation of ultrasonic quilting machinery in China. It adapts the principle of ultrasonic wave to carry out the operations of non-thread, non-needle and quilting of polyester fabric, polyester and cotton blend, non-woven fabric and polyeseter wadding together. Our machine can get efficient quilting speed with stronger quilting strength too.

1. Basic Machine Configuration:
1) This machine adopts the latest ultrasonic control cabinet with stable and strong power, which is suitable for long operation. There is computer core plate in it; the multi-line ultrasonic protection system guarantees stable operation of mainframe.
2) Structure of whole machine: (1) Main quilting machine; (2) Ultrasonic control cabinet; (3) Unwinder for raw material of fabrics and polyester wadding; (4) Winder for finished quilting product

2. Machine Technical Characteristic:
(1) Without needlework that omits the bother of replacing thread;the quilting product outlook is beautiful.
(2) Ultrasonic quilting has better outlook and it is suitable for times.
(3) Machine can replace pattern at random according to request with changing pattern roller.
(4) Ultraonic quilting machine has high stitching capacity with high production efficiency.

3. Suitable Raw Material:
Polyester fabric, polyester and cotton blend, nylon fabric, polyester wadding, non-woven fabric and leather.
